British Airways flights to Bangkok to resume end of October

Featured Replies

I can never understand why no airline operators fly direct from Manchester, not everyone who comes to Thailand lives down south.

Am I looking at the right things......on the BA site all I see is Qatar, Jet Star (never heard of them), Cathay and Malaysian flights...???

Date after October?
Searching from London (LON) or GTW not Heathrow (LHR)?

It's not daily!

And what comes is the new flight from Gatwick with BA.

A flight on Saturday:

(don't look at the prices, it's a query for oneway)

Jet Star (never heard of them)

Australian "low cost airline", subsidiary of Qantas.

At least EVA and Thai Airways do direct/nonstop flights.

Shown schedules might be on different dates (not sure)

Irrational?

Thai air scares me having been red flagged previously for maintenance issues......and of course living here and seeing what they get upto safety wise....!!!

You are going to the wrong airport, BA are departing from Gatwick, not Heathrow like before.

The last time I flew with BA I was very unimpressed with the service (and tbh, that's the reason why I have never flown with them since), so I am not tempted to pay more for BA than with Eva or Thai.

I gave up with BA after several years.

I took them to court twice. The first time they gave in and settled out of court.  The second time was a bit more contentious  and looked like going to court, but then covid came along making things a bit awkward so I dropped it.
