If you have the Chanote, I do not see how they could reject it.

If that is true I'd be a bit more worried about condo ownership rather than a TM30 😉

 

On property transfer you should receive a Condo Chanote with your name on it. That is what is required for TM30

At Jomtien can use blue book, mine has no name on it, just the address
