Can anyone recommend a half decent and honest estate agent in Bangkok please? So far all the agents I have interacted with have been kind of useless and constantly trying to push higher priced condos onto me, which I'm not interested in!

 

Or alternatively, is there a website (such as Mr Room Finder - but I don't think that exists anymore) that deals with private individuals who want to rent out their condo without the use of an agent?

I met "Neil" from FazWaz. He showed me a Bangkok resale condo in Suk Soi 11 that I was interested in last year. I found him helpful, professional and communicative. Ultimately, I went on to buy elsewhere. I beleive he sold a condo that a friend of mine had.
