Will you leave this Forum?
I have been here for awhile and i have no one on ignore either. Putting people on ignore totally defeats the purpose of a forum. I do however chose not to respond to some people anymore because of obvious reasons. Like i said ,it is what it is. I have noticed lately a lot of new members (some are trolls for sure) and also a lot of members seem to just have gone,good in some cases but sad in a few others. Of course there are different reasons why some people are gone . Sometimes i can not understand why some people are allowed to spew their poison but we are not to discuss or question this . -

Thankyou for your question. VAT registered businesses can offset the VAT paid against their on VAT with their tax return. Not every business is VAT registered so it is to let you know. The service charge is there so you do not have to bother leaving a tip. Makes it easier. -
