Ms. Methinee (last name withheld), aged 30, who was responsible for patient recordkeeping and taking blood pressure measurements

Seems a bit harsh on her.

Authorities conducted a raid on a well-known clinic in the Bang Saray area, which was found to be treating patients without a license. The clinic’s doctor was discovered to be using a fake medical license. The suspects have confessed, and multiple charges have been filed.

Thailand is the medical hub, remember? Quality care given by uncertified and unlicensed doctors.

I read the world news article on a woman being killed by a "doctor" in the UK performing a brazilian butt lift.  It's banned in some places in the UK, but not others.  Seems there are dodgy medical practices all over the world, as well as dodgy doctors.  Good recent example are the "doctors" performing intimate examinations on young girls (USA gymnasts & for Mr Al Fayed's gratification) and Matthew Perry's Ketamine.  Obviously I can knock Thailand for this, but having one eye on the fact that it's a worldwide issue.

Only in Thailand.
