carcanoma facial surgery chaing mai

Featured Replies

I have a small carcanoma legion on my face cheekbone that requires removal. Can anyone recommend a surgeon in Chaing mai

Ram Skin Clinic.  Dr. Vachiraporn.  I go for yearly checkup and she removes pre=cancer spots with Nitrogen (usually 1,000baht).  2 years ago had a carcanoma removed on the side of my nose. Followup biopsy showed all clear. Total cost 5,000 baht.  She is recommended often by others here.

I am in the Philippines but having grown up in Australia I have had a lot of skin cancers. Most have been Basel Cell, the mildest, and a few Squamous.

A few were removed by surgery during Covid but more recently I have had laser removal by a specialist Doctor, trained overseas.

I can recommend it

Perhaps check for clinics that do this, but not the 'beauty' treatment ones

Don't know about any carcanoma but have had a carcinoma removed several years ago by Dr. Vachiraporn at the RAM.  She monitored the site for several years thereafter.

+1 for Dr Siri who has his own clinic on the moat where costs are only a fraction of sriphat or the private hospitals. One private hospital quoted me 5,000 baht to remove a lesion on my back, Dr Siri removed it in ten minutes using laser and said it didn't need a biopsy...cost, 900 baht.

Saw Dr Vachiraporn just over a week ago for my 6-monthly checkup. A couple of years ago she treated, successfully, a sqaumous cell carcinoma on my ear. Quite a number of friends here in Chiang Mai are patients of hers.
