If he is not seeking medical advice what is he seeking?

A blocked nose and sprays don't work sounds like a problem to me.

He was seeking to know if many other people had same problem.

And from the answers  yes.

Had it myself for a day or two

A stuffy nose of 3 just days duration  doesn't really sound alarm bells.

    Sounds like a horrible life!

  • with all due respect, show me where the OP seeks medical advice. All i see is them asking others if they are experiencing similar issues.  Which it would seem we are.    I see no point

  • I use saline water and a large syringe. Works pretty well.

Time to re-evaluate your reason for having to take BP meds ..ever try not eating carbs, sugar and not drinking alcohol ?

Pretty much on that as a diabetic for thirty years. Unusual if I have one alcoholic drink per month.
I do have some trouble getting enough exercise due to three strokes, four ( known ) heart attacks, and a couple serious fractures from falls. Likely some genetic component as well.

Some folks just have it.
