At the local outdoor market, the charge per KG of Marat (bitter gourd) is 45 baht and for Kat Na (kale) it is 60 baht.

My question for the farmers here is....what is your best guess to what the price be per KG for each if I were buying in bulk quantity for a restaurant.....something like 50KG per day of each? Also, one more and this one may sound silly......is there any risk that I wouldn't be able to get those quantities each day year round?

The asking price for marat today at the market in Chiangrai was 20 baht per kilo....looks like you need to bargain a little harder.
