No I meant deflection, as in look over there while I screw you all over here.

I think he is referring to the infamous landslides which affected the illegal Mainland-Chinese aliens in Hong Kong during the 1960s, and before.

These were similar to the landslide which caused the death of Suzie Wong's baby.
