But no one was charged with insurrection. Not one charge.

IMO weapons are a necessity for an insurrection. The protesters were not armed and the only weapon discharged was the one that killed a protestor.

They were leaked. Didn't you see them?

What many do not understand, and it's even true of Americans, a weaponized IRS has had Trump's tax returns at their disposal FOREVER. If there was something there for which to be charged and convicted, the Regime would have nailed his a55 a LONG time ago. The IRS in the US has far-reaching investigative powers that even the Congress does not have; and the IRS hasn't even tried to go after Trump for anything. It's all been hyperbole.

So why not release them like a normal person would?

Because its not required!

No. There is no legal requirement of any kind that presidential candidates release tax returns from any year. Indeed, there is a strict, strong constitutional right to privacy for all tax returns.

You can argue with the author of the article.

The author agrees with me.

"He is a fascist" (Nazi), General Kelly, Trump’s chief of staff. He loves Hitler...and apparently Arnold Palmer's penis. What a buffoon.

Your recent definition of insurrection exists only in your mind. Here's the real definition:

"an act or instance of revolting against civil authority or an established government"

Trump wasn't personally responsible, but he negotiated settlements with creditors before filing Chapter 11.  The law is available to every US citizen.

So, student loans can use the same bankruptcy laws?

Former students can file for bankruptcy just like anyone else, but the federal government is the creditor regarding a student loan.

Individuals who file for bankruptcy have a rough go of it when it comes to borrowing money in the future.  Every person's risk and liability is different.

No, they just vote for the left, and their student loan debt goes away, and if they're a black man, they'll qualify for a $20,000.00 unsecured loan they don't have to pay back.

And they claim Elon is buying votes.
