I don't know by TOT but by AIS you can get the details via Internet. May you calling 1100 and ask for advice.

I queried them last year about this for our TOT lines (NOTE to Reimar: AIS is only mobile - TOT is land-line!) and was told that only domestic long distance and international (007) calls can be itemized but not local calls.

So you have a business and 10 phone lines and the people that work their use the phone to chat to all their mates and no one knows who they have called and when and for how long?? So international terrorists must love Thailand then??? they can spend hours discussing what they plan as long as its local.

I'm not that stupid that I don't know after 14 years of using of the same M-Phone number that the phone and the number I use nothing is but mobile! And I haven't wrote something about lines but about AID and TOT!

Well have been bashing away at TOT then my wife joined in to really wind them up, she spoke to an "advisor" who said she was too scared to ask her manager about this ha ha ha ha. Maybe ghost of manager comes later ooooooooooooh

THEY CAN do itemised billing on your phones they have to come and put something in on or near yuor phone or exchange etc apparently. I will let you know whenI have the full info and they have actually done it.

They are tarined to say cannot from brith I reckon!!!!!!!!!!

Of course TOT will have itemized records of all calls on their network but they do not include the local calls in their regular monthly bills or online.

You can probably obtain them (extra cost ?)

I KNOW THIS, YOU KNOW THIS, BUT NO ONE AT TOT KNOWS THIS AND REPEATEDLY SAY "CANNOT!, Its taken my Thai wife 3 days to try and tell them this and if you call any of them even now they will say "cannot".

SO THE ANSWER IS YES YOU CAN HAVE ITEMISED BILLING FOR 50 BAHT PER MONTH for anyone else trying this in Bangkok you can call this number and ask for Suphap ( and only this woman as no one else knows) number is 02-3814000 or 02-3902577 suggest the mods pin this up as useful info somewhere??
