As the violence continues, there is an urgent call for renewed diplomatic efforts that prioritise the safety and security of civilians, a cry echoed by foreign powers witnessing the suffering from afar, reported Reuters.

I understand Thais who have borrowed a lot of money to work in Israel, wanting desperately to at least pay that money off before coming home, but that country will never be safe after its extreme violence towards its neighbours for several decades.

Violence begets violence.  It was Hamas that decided to use foreign aid to fortify Gaza instead of bettering the lives of those they governed.  Israel did not invade Gaza. There is no justification for what happened on October 7.

Pretty fairy tale! There is a story behind the fact that more and more people from low-income countries are working in Israel. Especially in agriculture. In the 1970s to 1980, many young people from all over the world came to Israel for idealistic reasons to work in a kibbutz... cheap and willing workers. After Israel's permanent dispute with practically all of its neighboring countries and after Israel increasingly became an apartheid state in which Palestinian and POC residents only received second-class status, the cheap kibbutz workers who were missing had to be replaced with those who did farm work for a pittance themselves.

Pardon? Israel withdrew from Gaza nearly twenty years ago, as agreed. Hamas brutally beat Fatah in the 2006 elections, on the platform of eradicating Israel - so tunnels, weaponry, command centres in schools, hospitals, one command tunnel was just below UNRWA Gaza HO. The UN is appalling useless at best, complicit at worst.

    That is because Palestinians keep attacking Israel , Palestinians will have to stop the violence before Israel agrees to a Palestinian state .

Palestinian want  two state solution now , which will lead to the eradication of Israel .

   Because Palestinians would attack Israel if they had there own Country and I did mean that a whole Palestine would be their aim after acquiring half the Country  and they would want the eradication of Israel , although Israel would fight back

This report gives the impression that Israel initiated attacks on Lebanon, which is untrue.
Hezbollah started firing missiles at Israel the day after Hamas invaded Israel, before Israel had even retaliated against Hamas!

And ISLAMIST Hamas have made sure there have been no free and fair elections since 2006, and use 2006 as a mandate to continue to commit their atrocities.

 

They were and have been fighting Fatah, as they pursue a violent path leading to the basic separation with the West Bank controlled by Fatah and Gaza by Hamas.

 

Hamas has for years redirected aid for the Palestinians towards armaments and are well known for using human shields and places such as  hospitals and schools, as storage facilities for their weapons.
