you are in far greater danger from the family with a philipina.

greater poverty, less to lose.

That's how I'm leaning.  But I know a Thai woman with two cousins whose older farang husbands have died under very suspicious circumstances.  If I remember correctly Britman mentioned a former girlfriend admitted to him she killed her farang husband.  I would have written his story off as unreliable had I not seen what I've seen with this Thai woman.

Not at all correct in Thailand things don't work out you simply walk away, in the Philippines if things don't work out it is a nightmare. Divorce in the Philippines is a dark ride into hell.

Currently, there is no divorce in the Philippines, only Annulment, which is a very expensive dark ride into hell.

A foreign divorce can be recognized by a court in the Philippines, which takes about 2 years (if you're lucky), and it's expensive. My Ex-wife is going through this process as we speak and I had to travel to the Philippines to testify in court a few months ago. If anyone needs advice on this, send a message - I'm an expert LOL

It's only a problem if you get married in the Philippines. If you get married abroad and don't report the marriage to the PSA there are no problems at all.

The actual word is flips.

Calling a Filipino a "flip" or a "flipper" is insulting in the extreme, even to me as I was married to a Filipino. It's the equivalent or even worse than a white boy using the N-word in the US.

Deal with it, snowflake.

I grew up in PI as an expat kid, speak Tagalog and know the culture. They do not give 2 flooks about being called flips.

So typical, white westerner projecting moral outrage lol.

Btw, 99.99% of flips would be very offended if you compare them to the American negros.

Calling women flippers is a big no imho.

Rubbish!  You can't have been around much if you haven't heard Filipina being referred to as flippers!    It not about all women.

This is nonsense. Go to the Philippines and start calling everyone flips and see if they give "2 flooks" about it. You're out of touch.

I was not comparing Filipinos with Americans, it was just a comparison of derogatory terms, not races, Snowflake.

Ive been around long enough to know that only jerks call Filipina women flippers, or flipflops for that matter. The only people using the words flipflops or flippers were English. Very low class Shavs.

My Filipina ex was about the easiest girl you'd ever find. Truth be told, she was wonderful in the bedroom, couldn't get enough of it, but somehow after letting me get her two or three times daily she still found opportunities and energy to cheat on me with other guys. Also, she was good to me but nothing like a royal treatment at all. She was lazy around the house too.

My Thai girl treats me like a total king.

Also, Thai culture and food in general is far superior to PH.

Seems I've been around for long enough to know the good thai middle class girl vs bad thai lower class girls narrative is total horsecrap.

My Filipino ex never cheated on me in over 20 years. Your girl probably became a nympho from working in the bar and she had what Filipinos call "an itchy pussy". It's fine, but don't paint all Filipinos with the same brush. Yours is an outlier. From my limited experience, some Thai girls can't get enough, and I'm not talking about bar girls.

Talking about Thai girls around the house. My current girl doesn't clean or cook for me but she pleases me in other areas. There are no rules, each girl has her own personality.

The girls from Cambodia are the best. Sweet character, docile, very hot bodies, speak english for most, not all that gold diggers, are not the flashy types wanting to throw money around, great cooks and will remain faithfull to their man and many many other more intimate talents that you can guess..😜

smartgirlphilippines - I can deal with personal opinions but not unbridled stupidity and ignorance. Before you comment about Thai women, have you seen what your Pinoy-types do in the city centre in Kuala Lumpur on a Sunday? I've been there and seen it and, let me tell you, they behave WORSE than the Thai women you described here. To the point their authorities have to go in and 'sweep' you people off the streets. So before you over-generalise something based just on what you see through a coloured pinhole, try to do some research first. Or better still, don't open your mouth and show the apparent lack of intellect.

For the record, I have some mates who have married Filipinos. Wonderful ladies to have around. And, they hang out with my Thai friends (both male and female, married and single). So, if for some reasons you feel you need to bash Thai women like this, you're free to shove that view up your ****.

For many Filipinas English is a third language. Some don't even speak Tagalog.

This is the great hidden truth. Anywone who tells you the phils are great because everyone speaks English hasn't had the misfortune of spending time there.

Almost everyone I encountered in PI spoke English.

And I've been there a lot.

Yes you have waxed lyrical about your time in Angeles. A population comprised of prostitutes catering Korean and Western punters may not be an accurate sampling.

Not me, never been to Angeles, always Manila and Barretto.

Never encountered a jeepney driver, waitress or security guard that didn't speak English.

Because you were in Manila. If you go to Davao, Cebu, where they speak Cebuano as their first language, and often don't speak Tagalog well, English is a third language. Whilst they speak it, it's hit and miss, and often pigeon style hard to understand.

It's the 'normal' girls that are the ones to be careful of, in my experience.

Obviously not that normal if that's what you think.
