Streaming Phone to TV

My phone has True internet.

My TV does not have internet connected or bluetooth built-in.

I want to stream from my phone to the TV.

I heard you can stream using a Bluetooth dongal in the TV (equipt for sound and vision).

If this is correct, what's the dongal called and per chance do you know where I could buy it in Pattaya?

Any other methods while no internet to TV?

Apple TV, provided your TV has HDMI or other compatible inputs.

If it was a smart tv you could use phone data and cast from phone to TV

Depending on the cell phone model, USB-C via HDMI adaptor to Mirror the phone screen on the TV. 

You'll need to be specific.

So for the mirror function, you don't need internet on the same network as your phone. You don't need internet connected to your tv.

Is this correct?
