In fairness it is a thug threatening a thug.  She has bent the legal system over backwards to carry out her attacks on Trump.  Live by the sword die by the sword.

I guess claiming a penthouse floor area is three times its actual size is not fraudulent in your world.

Since the very first day when  the 6 ways to Sunday cabal raided Trump , Mike Davis ,the ex law clerk for Justice Gorsuch has been on top of the weaponized agencies against Conservatives.

She wanted to make a career out of this. Probably to run for some higher position later. Apparently nobody told her a man isn't a plan.

Thick-skinned hardasses are going to be needed to cleanse the rot left by Obama/Biden

Cheers to that!
Im already convinced its a Rome wasn’t built in a day task!

But let it be Trump who lays the foundation! He deserves the honors!

Make America’s, Washington establishment bi partisan again, by outing the unelected bureaucrats and corporate lefties media!

Also worth mentioning Victor Davis Hanson had a podcast with Australia’s ex DPM Anderson, Mentioning that people aren’t as intimidated as before in hooking up with Trump because of the fact that he trounced the dems by taking  the WH, Senate, Popular vote and very likely the majority in the house again.

If you went to the bank for a loan, and over stated the size of a property, would, the bank take your word for it? Oh, that’s right, you have never borrowed money.

No, they woulf not tske your word for it.

Trump included a disclaimer in thelosn documentation recommending the bank complete their own due diligence.

No one in New York has ever been prosecuted for the same thing.

Anyone in business or banking knows loans of that magnitude are covered by the bank doing it's own due diligence.  As recommended by Trump in the documents.  They take the list of assets provided by the borrower and perform their own estimations of the value to the bank should the loan face default.  So applying the word fraud is excessive.

But come on now, the meme from the left is he cheated the bank somehow and has to be punished.  How they were cheated and what they lost they can't say only that of course it must have happened.  I wonder how many new contruction plans were scrapped when builders saw how Trump was raked over the coals for a successful business venture?

Trump's biggest mistake in 2016 was not clearing out the DOJ and sending Hillary's ass to jail. I hope he overcomes his first term naivety this time around.:coffee1:

He didn't do it then for the same reason as he won't do it now.

I guess changing the law to attack someone for a transgression with no victim isn't lawfare in your mind.  So when it comes her way it's just and fair right?

Thanks for the confirmation. Bye now.

The state prosecution relies on the recommendations of state grand juries to prosecute. If the grand jury says no sufficient grounds for prosecution, the prosecution cannot legally proceed to prosecute.

In the minds (sic) of MAGA supporters, all grand juries bringing in indictments against Trump are 100% Democrat.

Why would the Biden-Harris DOJ decide to drop the charges, when they have the chancer to put racist, fascist, dictator, Putin/puppet, rapist Hitler in jail, and be credited for saving the free world?

If I were Biden, and I was honestly convinced Trump was a fascist colluding with Putin and was going to be a dictator, I would have him killed.

Because they are liars, and it is all bullsh*t.

Maybe Brandon read The Art of the Deal at last?

The minute he won the election all of the lawsuits were going to disappear, he has complete immunity and it doesn't matter how guilty he is, it doesn't matter how many crimes he has committed, he's off scot-free as of Victory Day.

You are either misinformed or, or you arr lying.

He does not now, nor will he ever have complete immunity.

Di you read my previous post? Why would the Biden-Harris DOJ not ramp these cases up if these cases are as egregious as they have been made out to be, or if Trump is the threat they have been claiming he is? It makes no sense.

Biden and Harris both calling Hitler to congratulate him promise to help all they can with the transition. This could be an SNL sketch.

They are liars.

You're ignoring the fact that the banks have their own appraisers and they (the banks) made money for their support. No one was defrauded.  I don't know where you found this bit of info, but it sounds like BS to me.

No one has argued that he overstated the area.

The argument is that it is not a crime, which it is not.

The Paying “hush money “ is not a crime either.

She needs to go to prison.

Anyone that ran on a 'get Trump' platform and then prosecuted him on a silly charge, needs to go to prison for election interference as in her own words she said she would get him for political gain !

No. She just needs to be disgraced
