My chum was caught out being overpaid, he paid the extra back, his pension was not stopped but it was reduced to the time he came to LOS...That is fact....????       Was sickness   not OAP

"You can call me a liar if you like, you have my permission this one time"....how about for all time?

"think" "probably" "supposedly" are words foremost in your vocabulary

"game up"?  have you read the finance bill? Nothing there  about pensioners there in TH or anywhere else,  oh dear!

"sleep at night"? would give me suicidal thoughts at losing all that money

There is no law to follow, not unlawful to receive unfrozen pension in TH

Anyway as I have expressed before you do indeed interfere with my morning toilet, please stop your illogical ranting

             Thank You  (unfrozen in TH)

You would be suicidal losing ALL THAT money...............🤣

Blimey, you must be on the bread line...........😱................😂

Where is the link to the UK Government website to substantiate your claims regarding UK State Pensions, not benifits, being directly or indirectly encompased by this so called law?

Please also state where is the link to the UK Government website to substantiate your claims regarding UK State Pensions being subject to stoppage or repayment.  The web site will only show that State pensions will revert to their last legitimate claim and NO statement about reclemation of overpayments!

Reclemation will only apply if you falsly claim  for WELFARE BENIFITS that you are not entitled to!

My videos are videos from different sources on pension changes saying the same things.

You must use Google if you want your questions answered.

Again, state pension is a benefit, here's your starter for 10........................😋

I have been living here for 13 years now and my pension has been increased regularly. My last 2 life certificates have been signed by my local pharmacist (in Thailand) and prior to that in France, where I have a permanent address. People like the paranoid transam do the rest of us a favour by believing the bs that he reads, as I cannot imagine any government spending a fortune trying to track down those of us  who don't declare that we live in Thailand, let alone trying to access our bank account details. Do you honestly believe that we'll all be done for fraud? You're out for a laugh transam. Do yourself a favour and call it a day, stop making a fool of yourself.

After thinking about your post, you should not be getting pension upgrades if you are living in Thailand, let me explain my thoughts.

YOU, must tell DWP of any change of address in the UK or another other country, even if in hospital in the UK. If abroad, you get a life certificate, in the UK you do not.

In France, you will get the upgrades, same as the UK, but if you set foot into Thailand, your increases will stop, until you set foot into a reciprocal agreement country, again, so if your pension has been upgraded whilst in Thailand, you have been overpaid.

If it were that easy 'legally', we would all be doing it......😋

This is a print from DWP living abroad pamphlet..

As you have refused to properly answer my questions I can now assume that it is all just  scaremongoring on your part wrt State Pensions!

It is possible? If your pension goes into a UK, then you send it to Wise, then to Thai bank, must lower the risk

I think those here who are on the pension fiddle are doing that sort of stuff, but, it seems the new proposals are to combat that sort of thing.

They are going to look into pensioners bank accounts to see where the pension money goes.

Various sites have explained these proposals in videos..🤔

Whether there is one video or a hundred videos spouting forth the same, potentially fake infoinformation does not necessarily make them true unless you can provide a relible source to back up their claims!

You are the person who is spouting forth all this scaremongering but refusing to back up the claims made in unverifiable videos!

e.g. which act of parliament are YOUR claims based on?

I have posted videos explaining what they say is coming, nothing more, nothing less, if you think it is false, and you are fiddling your pension, then YOU should do a search or just ignore and see what happens, eh.........🙄

Act of Parliament for the VIDEO CLAIMS, you can get in touch with the video makers, or even YouTube for that, not me, because I don't fiddle my pension.........😉

Well video 2 only talks about means tested benefits, no mention of the state pension, so why did you post it?

No need to answer, we know you only post lies and disinformation.

Ok, so video 1 talks about universal credit claimed by people living abroad, and that there will need to be a new act of parliament giving DWP staff the power to investigate, search and seize property and arrest people. Again no mention of state pension. Not to mention no budget exists for the DWP staff to go overseas even if people fraudulently claim universal benefit. The guy claimed 2+ years at least for this act, so not January 2025

So more lies and disinformation from you!

1. Biometric identity verification, no problem, my UK bank made me do that earlier this year, face and fingerprint.

2. Bank reporting, no problem, I don't transfer overseas from my UK bank account.

3. DWP designated pension account for all pensioners, can't see it happening, it's just not practical for 13M pensioners, they'll quietly drop this, or it'll take 10 years to implement.

Clueless...........:clap2:

It would be interesting to know how you think setting up a DWP dedicated pension account in the UK would be easier for you than for me?

I don't even need to fill in life certificates and what a poop show they are for expats, half the time they don't work!

What changes?  Show me the act of Parliament that covers them.
