None of my nonsense is based on hatred/envy/jealousy towards other foreigners though.

I do it for everyone's entertainment!

Tosh, chummy...

Keeping folk up to date on things is one of the things the forum is for, if folk on the fiddle don't like it, up to them......🤔

People call me a liar on my first-hand knowledge, even a member of staff here posted similar about a friend getting stuffed, but you folk on the fiddle don't like facts from others..

My chum who was taken by DWP is now in his last days on earth, I see him every week for a chat, last week, we got on to DWP looking at bank accounts, his wife brought up the money she paid back, she said, 250,000bht...

Her words, way back when my chum said he paid back 5000 quid, yeh, back then it was around 25,000 bht, so, going to call me a liar again........🤨

Yes, I have read that........

In the UK, people get locked up for making false benefit claims, like being in a wheelchair yet playing golf.........😂

Folk on here who live in LOS fiddling the Pension 'benefit' think they are different to those in the UK fiddling benefits, they are delusional, and those spouting fiddle the pension are doing no one any favours.........🥴

The dots are lining up........🤕

Interesting that a FOI request is required to see what action, if any, has been taken to catch and prosecute expats claiming their pension increases from abroad.....wonder why?....maybe few and far between????

Wrong...So who took my chums money........................?    🤣

Even the page I posted says you pay overpayment back..........😂

Chummy, stop worrying, you knew the risk..........................😂

So you ONLY have your so called "chum's" statement wrt to a so called STATE pension only claim.

Where on the DWP site does it state that they can stop or penalise the STATE pension other than to revert it to the original date of leaving the country.

Until you provide reliable proof I will call you a liar wrt to you/your so clles chum's claims!

A bold statement, calling me a liar, you can now wallow in it, calling me a liar is your downfall....

Go do some reading, watching, to answer your questions..........:cowboy:

And worrying is not good for you......😌

I am not in the least worried as I have nothing to worry about!

I suggest you stop jumping to conclusion wrt other peoples financial circumstances etc.  You know nothing about them unless they have stated their situation openly!

Unverifiable statement from Will B Good removed.

When you make a post quoting new information, you will need to provide a verifiable link to a trustworthy source.

I don't care about anyone's situation, or financial situations, you are, you even call me a liar because you do not believe my actual facts regarding my friend.

You are in denial...............You are in denial that the UK Gov is going after benefit fraudsters, WHY.......?

If you do the crime, do the time.

My pension has been frozen for almost nine years. That is one reason why I still work.

Yes, life is a bitch and then we die.

It is how we die that is important.

I thought it was how you live that was important. Correction noted.

If my pension was molested I'd urge it to report the matter to the police, that sort of behaviour shouldn't be tolerated.

How old was your pension when this occurred? What about the statute of limitations?

No I am waiting for proof regarding what you claim happened to your "so called" friend.  Until you do I will treat the statement as false and the person making that false statement is therefor a liar in my eyes.

I am NOT in denial that "You are in denial that the UK Gov is going after benefit fraudsters,".  I object to your false statements regarding the STATE pension, not other benefits!

There is no proof regarding my friend, except what I posted about 5 years back, you can look for it, my story is exactly the same.

I don't care what you, a nobody to me, thinks, you are a "hang 'em high" fool because YOU don't believe..🤔

The Gov is going after benefit fraudster, including you, the benefit pension fiddlers, face the facts, you are taking money that doesn't belong to you.

Read.............................Scan.jpg.5c0233583c50d6c0d06c0f9a555ab848.jpg

Now fiddlers in LOS, will not get this pamphlet because they are 'not' in Thailand, but the facts are clear, for a benefit payment, you must provide the facts that they want to know how to adjust payments.

If you cannot grasp that, then you are a fool, the state pension benefit is NOT the same as a private pension in how it works.

Got it................🙄

This is not being posted as a statement of fact by me.....I am posting this in order to gain some clarification regarding the UK state pension and whether or not the Secretary of State (or whoever) has the power to suspend said pension. From what I can see the State Pension is classed as a benefit and presumably comes under this Regulation 16.

Prescribed circumstances – Regulation 16

2001 Benefit can be suspended in the following prescribed circumstances:

where there is a doubt as to whether a person receiving JSA is available for or actively seeking employment

where there is doubt whether the conditions for entitlement to benefit are (or were) fulfilled

if a question arises over whether a decision to award benefit should be revised or superseded

if an issue arises over whether any amount paid or payable in connection with a claim is recoverable

if a customer is not residing at the last address notified to you

where an appeal is pending against a decision of an FtT, UT or Court

where an appeal is pending in a different case (the “lead case”) and the result of the appeal might affect the case you are considering (the “lookalike case”) 2002 If serious doubts arise you can suspend the award immediately, before notifying the customer, but the customer must be notified as soon as possible afterwards that benefit has been suspended

You seem to spend all your time on this thread, do you work for the UK government? or just jealous others have bent the system

Chill out, it's not your business what others do, don't let it stress you, you have made your point many times

It is a thread, chap, nothing more, nothing less to post on..........🤗

I did NOT start this thread, I post on it, which is what we are supposed to do............😉

I wondered where I read it, preferential exchange rate for pensions paid directly into a foreign bank account....

On the forms you have to fill in to apply for the state pension opening page.....😁

Oh, and for the Mr.Angry's on here, scroll down to Part 11, have a read....
