disconnect your network cable if you're using it for access.

turn on the hotspot on your phone

connect your desktop to the hotspot from your phone

try to access AN once again

good luck

if you know how to start a command line... do it

type in the command 'ping aseannow.com' and hit enter

the response for a successful test should look like:

PING aseannow.com (172.67.69.5): 56 data bytes

64 bytes from 172.67.69.5: icmp_seq=0 ttl=54 time=11.735 ms

don't forget to reconnect your network cable and to switch your network connection back to normal

you can also try to use the IP address of aseannow.com directly in the Chrome address field

just type the number 172.67.69.5 into the Chrome address bar... doing this will bypass DNS which is a critical routing method used to connect you to a web site... your internet service provider may have a DNS problem

you should get an error when doing that but at least you will find out if you can reach the server that is hosting  aseannow.com

Since yesterday, I can't log in with Oracle and Brave on my Android phone but it works with Chrome. Haven't tried it on the Windows PC yet.

Interesting that I can use my secondary browser to access AN and review which other devices AN thinks I'm signed in on and it shows I'm signed in on Chrome, yet I don't have access. If I sign out those Chrome screens on AN, using the secondary browser and sign in again with Chrome, AN once again thinks I am logged in but I still don't have access.

have you performed any of the tests I suggested?

You're the only one who can actually perform the tests so that others with greater technical skills can do a diagnosis.

This one didn't work:Error 1003

 Ray ID: 8e3e67c0bd3fd00c • 2024-11-17 08:38:34 UTC

Direct IP access not allowed

What happened?

You've requested an IP address that is part of the Cloudflare network. A valid Host header must be supplied to reach the desired website.

What can I do?

This one still wouldn't connect, spinning wheels only.

It appears that you are able to connect to the AN server but for some reason content is not loading.  Your internet service provider doesn't seem to have a DNS issue.  The issue almost certainly to do with software on your machine.  This kind of issue is rather difficult to diagnose and solve remotely.

Not to worry, I appreciate your efforts and assistance regardless.

It's a very old machine that just wont die, I wish it would so that I could have an excuse to buy a new one that will allow Win 11. It will be gone inside of 6 months, until then I'm OK with using two browsers, Chrome is a memory hog anyway plus I rather like DuckDuckGo.
