Looking for Thai/English interpreter for US embassy tourist visa interview.

My wife's sister is 43 and has never been outside Thailand.  My wife is now a U.S. Citizen.  We want to bring her sister here the the U.S.  for a month-long vacation when school is out.   We've decided to apply for B2 tourist visa in Koama Lumpur because the wait in Bangkok is 6 months.  Her sister doesn't know a word of English.  I am putting all of the paperwork together and we will fly her to Kuala Lumpur for the interview.  We need someone to meet her at the Embassy and interpret for her.  I'm guessing it will take a couple of hours total.   Any idea how I'd find this?  Thanks.

Probably  most practical. From what i have read and heard from friends , the US is very picky about the applicant having clear and compelling reasons for returning to Thailand at the end of the visit. A letter from her employer might be helpful.

I cant speak for KL but at the embassy in BKK she would have to go in and go through the process by herself. Not even a family member can go with you. I would check on that before you get too far with the interpreter.
