Please read the US Constitution;

Article II, Section 1, Clause 5: No Person except a natural born Citizen,....... shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither

Elon Musk  was not born in the USA. He cannot become President of the USA.

 

Surely, the "Birther" nonsense that Trump pushed in respect to  President Obama can not have been forgotten so quickly?

If is was possible to change that "natural born" requirement it would have been done for Schwarzenegger, and he would have run in 2008.
