Yes, but where to send the Welsh cavemen to ? England perhaps. My point is if you want to start using derogatory terms like cavemen to describe whole other races perhaps you should start looking at the Neanderthals in the UK too. There's plenty of them. One other point. Why are all the crackheads and junkies begging on UK streets native whites? I've never seen an Indian or Pakistani begging. Could it be their family structure is stronger? Marcus Staniforth was dubbed a "very dangerous young person" Two teenagers jailed for life after murdering a stranger in a savage racist attack could now face even longer sentences after their case was referred to the Court of Appeal. The pair were convicted of killing 38-year-old delivery driver Kamran Aman in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, during what a judge described as a “deliberate, unprovoked, sustained, violent racist attack”. Kamran Aman was murdered outside his mother's home Aman had simply been delivering groceries to his mother’s home late at night when he was ambushed, punched, racially abused and fatally stabbed through the heart. Now the sentences handed to Marcus Staniforth, 17, and a 16-year-old boy who cannot be named for legal reasons are being scrutinised to determine whether they were unduly lenient. Staniforth was sentenced to detention for life with a minimum term of 17 years at Cardiff Crown Court in February. The younger defendant received detention for life with a minimum term of 15 years. The attack unfolded just before midnight on 30 June on Barry Road in Barry. Aman had parked a few doors away from his mother’s home at 23:50 BST when the two teenagers, who had been drinking and taking drugs, noticed him from a nearby house where they had continued partying. According to the court, the 16-year-old decided to attack Aman after spotting him sitting in his car. He initially armed himself with a hammer, although it was taken from him before the assault escalated. The younger boy then began hurling racist abuse at Aman and tried to get into the passenger side of the car before moving to the driver’s side. When Aman got out of the vehicle, he was met with a barrage of punches from both teenagers. Neighbours later described hearing shouting in the street and witnessing a “relentless” attack carried out by what they called “a pack of animals”. The violence intensified dramatically when Staniforth ran back into the nearby house and returned just 15 seconds later carrying a large kitchen knife. Witnesses told the court he swung the knife “multiple times”. Aman was stabbed once through the heart — a catastrophic injury that proved fatal despite paramedics performing emergency open-heart surgery at the scene. Even as Aman lay dying, the court heard the teenagers remained intent on violence, with the younger defendant bending over him and continuing to shout racist abuse. After the stabbing, Staniforth returned to the house and attempted to destroy evidence by washing the knife and his hands with bleach. Both boys fled but were arrested about 10 minutes later a short distance from the scene. Forensic evidence proved damning. Staniforth’s DNA was found on the knife, while Aman's blood was discovered on Staniforth’s shorts and on the younger defendant’s shoes. At sentencing, Mr Justice Griffiths described Staniforth as “a very dangerous young person indeed”. Addressing the 16-year-old, the judge said he had “instigated a deliberate, unprovoked, sustained, violent racist attack” and was “old enough to know that to cause serious injury on a stranger because of his race was wrong”. Under the original sentences, Staniforth would become eligible for parole after 16 years and 133 days. The younger defendant would become eligible after 14 years and 133 days. But with the case now heading to the Court of Appeal, both minimum terms could increase if judges conclude the original punishments were too lenient. The appeal process will now determine whether the brutal killing of Kamran Aman warrants even tougher punishment for the two teenagers convicted of his murder. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c5yej4m190po
