A deadly fire broke out in Bang Waek 104 Alley, Bangkok, severely damaging multiple homes and resulting in one fatality. The blaze began at approximately 15:40 and quickly spread, engulfing nearby houses and causing significant damage.

Firefighters from the Bang Khae Fire Station were the first to arrive at the scene. Upon arrival, they found that the fire had already spread to adjacent homes. The affected property was a semi-concrete, semi-wooden house, which was quickly consumed by the flames. Additional support came from fire units stationed in Nong Khaem, Borommaratchachonnani, and Dao Khanong, who assisted in containing the blaze.

By 16:30 the fire was brought under control, although two houses were completely destroyed, and two others sustained partial damage.

Tragically, one person has been confirmed dead. Authorities are still working to confirm the identity and gender of the victim. Initially it was reported that two individuals were trapped inside one of the houses. One of them was rescued by firefighters , but the second person remained unaccounted for and the badly charred body was found you burnt debris after the fire was extinguished.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and authorities are working to assess the full extent of the damage.
