Imilab, (xaiomi?) help line (or some clever ideas) incorrect pin code... Please, please...

30 11 24,  Back again and looking for a way to connect my imilab smart box to my router (cable connected).  The incorrect password will not stop, I have uninstalled everything, changed the household 3bb 2.4gh router and gently followed all the instructions. 

 

I mistakenly bought a xaiomi camera too.  When I tried to register with xaiomi. I tried using my email address and was advised that it was already taken.  So I followed all the instructions to reset my forgotten password after they stated my user name email was already taken.  Reset password 100% ok but next screen, on opening account,  states user name or password is incorrect.

 

What is this?  Does the new password setting have to go to some distant central computer requiring a wait b4 using the new password?  Not only that, is anyone experiencing multiple 'choose the bus or bike' to prove to be human?

 

I contacted xaiomi international help line (email) and they were very polite writing to say that my imilab products are not their responsibility. I have an imilab email to write to but no response so far.

 

This stuff seems very good.  Is it only the software that is cr%p?  Am I missing something here?  (Threw away the shipping lable so cannot return. yes, stupid)

 

Does someone have that key solution please?  (as in, some unmentioned trick) Or an idea of where i can get some help.
