I am sure they are being under constant attack and in great danger. The Israeli government has a duty to warn its citizens of  potential risks. The failure to do so usually results in someone being harmed. Other countries offer "do not travel advisories". The difference is that  biased people do not seize upon the warnings to push their political agenda.

Yes there are murders going on around the world. Unfortunately, when it comes to religious based schemes, they tend to be initiated by muslim extremists. We are now at the 100,000+ point in Darfur, and no one is protesting in the streets of Europe or on North American campuses. The Oxford Union certainly hasn't taken up the plight of  Africans being hunted down by muslim militias.

 

I could care less as to what religion you choose to self identify with. Just remember that every jew had a reservation in the cattle car to a death camp. Didn't matter if it was Dachau, or Bergen Belsen or Aushwitz or one of the others.There was a guaranteed place. There were no dispensations granted for assimilated jews or to  those who were in denial. Just like at an Oprah Christmas  show, everyone got the prize. At best, the most self hating could be Kapos.

Nice to assume I'm self hating, and yes travel warnings are used by all nations, due to terror actions in those nations not some that took place around the world. Lay off the WW2 hysteria man, people are over it, in about 5 years it's expected there will be zero holocaust survivors alive, will you let it go then? Exactly, just take a look at the British Gov site on travel warnings, full of them for its citizens. Israel warning its own citizens however draws nothing but hate or criticism.

There is no evidence to support your claim that the deceased was an "outspoken Jewish supremacist Rabbi.  The man was employed primarily to manage a kosher supermarket, to ensure that people could access kosher food. I doubt he had much time to bother the locals with jewish supremacy.

 

In respect to the presence of holocaust survivors, what's your point? Must our society repeat its mistakes? The point of remembering  events such as the holocaust is to prevent future events from occurring. I suggest you make time to visit the Holocaust museum in Washington DC. Because of attitudes like yours we  saw the killing Fields in Cambodia, the Rwandan-Burundi genocide, the Bosnian ethnic cleansing etc. And now today in Darfur, 100,000 Africans are slaughtered at the hands of muslim militias, while some hateful people with insecurities are too busy inventing false narratives about a murdered  harmless rabbi.
