B'Tselem has its positions and it often goes over the top in its  claims so as to gain attention. At their core, the complaints  often do highlight injustice. The difference is that in Israel there are avenues  of redress and organizations like B'tselem have used them.

 

It is quite a contrast with the Arab approach. There isn't one Arab based human rights group that advocates on behalf of Arabs against Hamas, Islamic Jigad et al. You know why? because they  are not allowed to exist and when people complain, they are silenced. What Arab human rights group has advocated on behalf of the Israeli baby still perhaps held captive in Hamas?

You realise of course that all of this is no excuse to attack and kill over one thousand unarmed humans and then kidnap  250 humans then drag them down into the tunnels, then pop them off as the IDF get close, lets not forget the stated aims of these freedom fighters that clearly state death to all jews and this was a long stated aim long before the West Bank existed. To only currently have around 45,000 casualties in Gaza from Israel's attempt to find there citizens over 14 months speaks volumes for the IDF and there approach to try and limit casualties, lets not forget that at least 50% of the male dead are Hamas fighters, I recon the Israelis are doing a great job...I certainly wouldn't want any peace agreements now, there nearly rooted them out of existence, the sooner they clear this scum off the planet the better.

   That is completely untrue .

There has been no war against the Palestinians within Israel .

As far as I am aware , there have been a few instances of Palestinians attacking Israelis within Israel and also the Israeli response  .

   But, there hasn't been any war, let alone an unrestrained war
