Israel’s Bold Action Against Syria’s Chemical Arsenal Benefits the World
His points were addressed in various other posts and Anti semitism wasn't mentioned . Why don't you reply to the posts that didn't mention Anti semitism ? SM did suggest that wiping our two terrorist organisations . Hamas and Hezbollah and severely weakening Iran's military wasnt beneficial. -

What is your life improvements in Thailand
I'm the opposite mindset, as I enjoy living here, as not much, if anything has changed. Marriage, support of Thai national, and lastly retirement visa & extensions have all gotten easier, in that order. Tax burden hasn't changed at all, VAT @ 7%. Housing cost haven't risen much, compared to home country (USA). Actually the crappier it is there, the better here for me, since COLA is based on inflation there. They're BS and low, but seems to offset inflation here a bit. Exchange rate has bee consistent, 33+/- to $1, the last 15 ish years. Much more relaxed here, no PC, no special interest groups, no silly new pronouns, don't need to worry about offending anyone. Not really seeing the negatives other experience. A good partner helps, but didn't have any problems when single and playing single parent. -

Vimovo - naproxen / esomeprazole
I think you should read the thread from the beginning then maybe you will see after "my calm advice" that I have tried naproxen / esomeprazole in 2 different tablets (14 tablets Nexium esomeprazole 20mg Thb 646, - / 10 Naprofazt Naproxen 250mg Thb 120 for a total of Thb 785, - However, at the hospital pharmacy in Malaysia, which is usually more expensive than an independent pharmacy, I paid Thb 996, - for 60 tablets of Vimovo or as I was prescribed 90 tablets Thb 2988, - As a side track, sure, it's a world in difference in medication cost and maybe quality ... the real thing or? You know maybe Voltaren tablets (Nsaid) if so, you also maybe happen to know how many "local made Voltaren" you can get here? And if you were here under Covid you maybe remember "our own brand Vaccine" .......life is full of connections😉 Felt -

Why the need to shutdown & move Government agencies located in and around Washington,DC
Spread some of the jobs around. Put the office of douchebaggery out in Puckerbush Kansas or similar to help towns with nothing going on. Adjust salaries to reflect the lower cost of living. -

Taxation Registration
I had to obtain a TIN to keep my Aussie bank happy a couple of weeks ago, went to our local revenue "office" ( a couple of desks in the back corner of the District Office) and spoke to the women there. One is married to a german so was familiar with my banks demands for a Thai TIN. No passport or tabbian baan needed, just sign the form where indicated. Quick and easy, apart from her not being able to feed the tiny tax card into an A3 printer properly...think they wasted 3 or 4 cards before getting everything lined up properly! Did a quick calculation and told me I would pay no Thai tax, and if I just bring in my military pension then no need to submit a return as it's non-assessable income. -

Israel’s Bold Action Against Syria’s Chemical Arsenal Benefits the World
@spidermike007 criticized Israel indirectly by writing “finally Israel has done something beneficial …” and is accused immediately as being ungrateful, disgraceful, bigoted and anti-Semitic and even when he informs us, that he actually is a Jew and his comment was not meant to be anti-Semitic but only to criticize the actual government of Israel, he still is ridiculed and confronted with a “proof” that Jews can be anti-Semitic too. I'm not interested in partaking in this discussion, but what happened to “what makes you think that Israel hasn't been doing anything beneficial in the last years?” or “can you prove this statement?” or even prove him wrong by giving counterexamples? Is that all what is left from respectful discussions where we would use arguments based on facts and proof and at the end of the day maybe even agree and if not, at least understand the position of our opponents? Anti-Semitism is rightfully criticized but if you nip any discussion about or criticism of Israel in the bud by screaming “racist” or ”anti-Semite” you are actually creating anti-Semitism which makes you part of the problem.
