Ask your agent if anything can be done for needing wife to attend for 60 day extension (due to work)

That extension to visit wife would buy time..

Yeah but during covid you could only get 30 or 45 days. Now its 60 days visa exempt which is why it costs more.

That's right, but what sort of profit are the visa country making? Quite a bit I'll bet.

You apply for extension where you are living.

Immigration would require a TM30.

Your situation is little different.

Thinking best for you to deal with current permission of stay ending Dec 17.

That entry will provide a 60 day stamp.

Putting the extension to visit wife aside, you can obtain a 30 day extension to the visa exempt entry.

That gives you 3 months to arrange things.

At some point you can apply for a Non O marriage.

Your issue is  wife working a long way from you.

For non O your wife needs to be present.

Likewise for home visit

We did it one time and they didn't visit our home, they also said they would inform a bit in advance, so I could ask her a day off, she will be much more available after March, would be good if I could extend until then.

So the plan here is:

- Pass the border on 17 with agency and get visa exempt (2 months)

- Extend visa exempt (1 month)

- Visit my wife (2 months), if Ratchaburi then need to move residence (TM30)

- Non-O based on marriage (extension?)

As my visa expired on 28 August and that I will get visa exempt, am I allowed to still make an extension?
