If you have THB balance they charge to transfer to others, is this a new thing or always done it?

Your question doesn’t have enough information to know if I, or others, know the answer

If someone transferred baht to other people they'd probably know the answer

You're transferring to somebody else who also has a Wise account or your transferring Thai Baht to somebody's bank account in Thailand?

If it's to a bank account, there has always been a charge. I think it used to be around 32 Baht and now it's around 46 Baht per transfer. It's a flat fee.

Transfer to a bank account, strange though, free for me to use Wise card or transfer to me, charge for transfer to someone else. Yes i think the charge was 44+ baht for a small transfer

That's always had a charge. Never was free for me since I've been using Wise. That's over 5 years already. The roughly 10 Baht increase in the flat fee though took place sometime within the last six months I think. Before that, it was 32 Baht for years.

But you can always do SEPA transfers in Euros for free.

I transfer GB £ from my Wise account to my daughter in Australia in GB£ to her Wise account for free. But if you tranfer to anyone's bank you will get charged but always a lower charge rate than any other money transfer company.
