Okay, it's a scam. Immigration is making millions on this. I suggest you, as a protest, do your 90-day reports in person, get your actual 90 days. It'll only cost you 3 or 4 days of your life. You'll be winning. I, on the another hand, am a stupid sheep, and will do four 90-day reports online, taking 5 minutes each, dressed only in my underpants. My reward will be the IO doing a free 90-day reset as she stamps in my new extension. -

Yes, Immigration have agents for that by land and air (as well as for extensions-of-stay). If doing this repeatedly, one can pay for "no hassle" entry, or play the lottery they might not let you back in. -
