10 mil gets you more house for money than any other place I've been so far. It's huge!

 

The weather is nice too. Morning and evening wind every day, like it used to be on Jomtien beach.

 

PS. 20 min from BKK: Airlink to Yellow Line, then 10 THB taxi.

That is how December and January are if you are lucky. March 1, it turns to hell hot everywhere in Thailand. By the way Nantawan is a high end muban by Land and House a very good developer here.

I hope to find small run down house and fix it. So far they have been way too big. One thing I like is lots are very big.

At pool I've seen fresh 70 yr young babes... they may need help.
