We're smart enough to know that all those books you see on lawyers' shelves were written for a reason, and that any noob simply reading the constitution can't possibly comprehend the volumes and volumes of case law and precedent. You can take an entire semester long class on the meaning of a single word you'd find in the Constitution. Or you can believe that you understand what it says, just by reading it.
Which one sounds more realistic?
That just isn't true , that's just how you imagine it to be .
There isn't even a Country called Palestine and if Israel wanted to kill all the Palestinians then they could easily do it .
Israel abides by the laws and its illegal to kill people in Israel and Gaza and the West Bank
Good friday was a dry day as I remember in England and other religious days Christmas Day, Easter Monday and Sunday had restricted hours as did every Sunday
Certain counties in Wales used to keep the pubs closed on Sundays, Working mens / miners clubs could open
They had local referendums on this every 5 years I think
