Foreigners Face New Hurdles in Opening Thai Bank Accounts
Why can't this be in the banking app? Surely the bank can code the simple test of whether or not the account has had the requisite amount of money within it and at all of the right times. So let us use our banking apps to request one of those receipt things and then send it to immigration, or in the alternative, an agent, who we can then pay to do the paperwork and so forth. No need for the trip to the bank. Think of all of the time and aggravation saved. I want this, and that's as good a reason as any to do it. -

Certifying ID
Certifying ID for what exactly... your information is too thin for any reasonable advice to be offered. i.e. is it an MFA verified translation of a notarised copy of your Passport thats required ?? (just one example of ID that requires certification in certain circumstances). -

Sizzlers
Aka is a two hour limit, and with my wife we have to stay every minute. It’s a grill buffet, , which is nice because it takes a lot longer so I’m not stuffed after a half hour and having to wait an hour and a half for the wife. It’s pretty nice. -
