Let's share our "Grab Sucks" stories in one place

Featured Replies

Since Grab makes it difficult, even impossible (continue reading to see what I mean), to publicly make truthful complaints about its service, how about we all share our stories of how much Grab sucks and how their service has ruined your day, for everyone to see 🙂

I'll start. Last night I ordered tacos for dinner through the Grab app. When I opened the box, the contents of all of the tacos was at one end of the box, even outside the shells. It was a mess, and one of the shells was broken up. I made a complaint through the Grab app, as of yet I haven't received a reply. But worse, when I tried to post an accurate, truthful review of the order through the app the review was disallowed. I was told it violated the Feedback Guidelines. I read those guidelines, and nothing in my review violates them. Grab is blocking my ability to publicly complain about their service with a truthful review. Note that I even paid extra for priority delivery (yes, I'm an idiot), and I'm also a paying member of Grab Unlimited (but not after the current month expires).

I'm including here images of the food at the moment I opened the box. I'm also including a screenshot of my attempted review. You be the judge. I have more stories to share, and I can't wait for others to fill up this thread. Keep it truthful, keep it civil. Grab sucks enough on its own, no reason to embellish.

Yeah Nah..... I prefer my meals without a side serve of defamation arrest warrants !

Once a Grab motorcycle driver stole my helmet from my bike in my condominium parking area. He was smart enough to hide his number plate.

I called Grab with exact information when the driver was in our building and things like that. I am sure they could have found the criminal. But Grab was not interested at all. Sad.

In your first photo ,either you could not wait before taking photo or the Grab guy

did , took a bite of  the Burrito ,

I have nothing but praise for Grab drivers ,after one helped my daughter the other

night ,she was pulling away from the traffic lights , when the chain on her motorbike

snapped , the chain was all tangled up in the chain guard ,this Grab guy stopped and

helped by taking the guard off and untangling the chain ,then pushing the bike to a safe

place , where we came to collect it,   Viva the Grab drivers , at least that one was good....
