ChatGPT agrees that more COVID vaccination --> more cases
In my opinion, arguing with some people about COVID is an act of futility, especially after they already fell for the scam. You might as well be talking to a brick wall. -

Make the UK great again #MUKGA
Sort of related to a topic @3NUMBAS started, want to see if we can get this new #MUKGA hashtag on the go 🙂 OK so I got the below on an AI but totally agree with all the points, he is polarising and has strong opinions (sound like any new elected leader we know?) 1. Focus on Sovereignty and National Identity Farage has been a strong advocate for national sovereignty and prioritizing British interests, particularly during his leadership of UKIP and the Brexit Party. As Prime Minister, he might emphasize strengthening the UK's independence in areas like trade, immigration, and lawmaking. 2. Immigration Reform Farage has consistently called for stricter immigration controls, citing concerns over border security and integration. He might implement policies aimed at reducing net migration and reforming the immigration system to prioritize skilled labor and national needs. 3. Reevaluation of International Agreements He could renegotiate international agreements and focus on ensuring that deals benefit the UK economically and politically. This might include trade agreements, defense partnerships, or regulatory alignments. 4. Direct Appeal to Populism Farage has a reputation for connecting with voters who feel disenfranchised by traditional political elites. His leadership could amplify the voices of certain demographics, particularly those in regions that feel left behind economically or politically. 5. Simplified Tax and Business Policies Farage has previously advocated for simplified tax structures and reducing bureaucracy for businesses. His leadership might aim to create a more business-friendly environment to stimulate growth and attract investment. 6. Energy and Climate Stance Farage has criticized certain aspects of the UK's approach to renewable energy, advocating for a more balanced and cost-effective energy policy. He might prioritize domestic energy security, such as increased investment in nuclear power or North Sea oil and gas. 7. Political Disruption His leadership could challenge the status quo of British politics, potentially forcing traditional parties to address issues they've sidelined or neglected. This could reinvigorate debate on topics like democratic accountability and reform. 8. Transparency and Direct Democracy Farage has been a proponent of referendums and direct democracy. He might introduce more mechanisms for public decision-making on critical issues, increasing voter engagement in the political process. -

Considering renting a townhouse - looking for recommendations to find
Good afternoon, I hope this is the right section to post on as I'm new to this site. I am a student studying a Bachelors Degree at University in Bangkok. I have been living in Thailand for almost two years now and lived in condos the entire time. Nowadays, many of my classes are held online via Zoom Meet. As such I am considering moving into a small house a little further out of town. I am due to move out from my condo which is nearby Bang Wa BTS, at the end of next month. I don't have to travel into the city very often, and I have my own transport, so don't strictly need to live within a few hundred metres of a BTS/MRT station. I would still like to be nearby to a train line though as my gf doesn't drive and it would be ideal if I have a house within a ten minute motorcycle ride of the nearest BTS/MRT. I am looking for a 2 bedroom (more is ok but not required) house with undercover parking (must have) for at least 1 car and 1 motorcycle (under a solid metal or tiled roof/carport). My budget is 10k baht a month as I' currently studying and trying to keep costs down. I have classmates who rent houses near The Mall at Lak Song area for that price, but curious if there is a way to find these properties as Facebook marketplace seems to have very few houses available for rent that don't look like a run-down 'haunted house' 555 -
