A bit of whataboutary on your part.

The court records are the facts, your alternative reality is not facts.

Nope.  I was using information from a supposedly reliable source to make the point that someone who sent ill-advised tweets was jailed for longer than an actual rapist based on this article:

So is the BBC no longer a factual site in your opinion?  Is it an "alternative reality"?   If the BBC site is not factual what did they miss from their report?  What crimes (other than tweets to encourage violence) did he commit?  Did he actually commit physical violence that the BBC neglected to report on that demanded a longer sentence than a rapist for a first offense?  Or was it really just the tweets?

  • Disgustng.   He'll be back on the streets in 3-4 years. We really need harsher sentences in the UK for these types of crimes. Instead of releasing serious offenders to make space for social

  • He probably has a 9 year old wife and cousin that is waiting for him 🤔

  • Some folks simply don't deserve the right to live among us.  With any luck, he'll have an oops in prison.

A bit of a switch there on your part.

Yes the sentences where different, the guy you don’t like being locked was not put in prison for mere  ‘tweets’.

Refer court records.

A 37-year-old man who raped a vulnerable woman on Brighton Beach in full view of stunned members of the public has been sentenced to six years and nine months in prison. The incident, which occurred near Brighton Palace Pier in the early hours of September 10, 2023, was witnessed by horrified onlookers who alerted the authorities.

Ali Mozaffari, of Golders Green, London, was caught in the act by police officers responding to the calls. Upon their arrival, Mozaffari attempted to avoid arrest by pretending to fall unconscious. However, his collapse was quickly exposed as a feigned attempt to evade justice. He was taken into custody at the scene, where further investigation confirmed his crime.

The victim, deeply traumatized by the attack, was immediately taken to a place of safety and supported by specialist officers. Authorities commended her bravery in cooperating with the investigation despite the profound impact of the ordeal.

Mozaffari was charged with rape and remained in custody while awaiting trial. On February 2, 2024, he pleaded guilty at Lewes Crown Court. He returned to court on January 22, 2025, for sentencing, where he was handed his prison term.

Detective Constable Clare Byrnes, who was involved in the case, praised both the swift actions of witnesses and the courage of the victim. "Ali Mozaffari preyed on a vulnerable woman who had every right to feel safe in a public space," she stated. "Thanks to the quick thinking of witnesses at the scene and the rapid response from our officers, he was located while committing the offence and taken into custody."

DC Byrnes also highlighted the victim’s resilience, noting, "The victim in this investigation has shown immense courage to support the process, while living with the impacts of her ordeal, and has helped bring a dangerous predator to justice."

This harrowing case underscores the importance of public vigilance and rapid police response in bringing offenders to justice while offering crucial support to victims. Mozaffari’s sentence reflects the seriousness of his crime and the commitment of law enforcement to safeguarding public safety.

Isn't there anywhere you can deport him to? ASAP

Not ASAP, only after he has served his sentence.  Or, deport him but only if he will be put in prison wherever he is deported to.  No way should he be walking around free right now.

I think he's British. Racist post if he is.

How very droll.

85% of rapists in the UK are white men aged under 30.
