Today's breakfast:

Pan-fried Chicken Vegetable Mix.

And Soy Milk Vegetable Soup.

Ingredients of Pan-fry: Chicken breast(chopped), bean sprouts, carrot, onion, eggplant, garlic shoot, and water.

 

Seasonings: Chicken stock, soy & oyster sauce, soy bean past(Miso), grated ginger.

 

Ingredients of soup:

Soy milk, chicken stock, spinach, pumpkin, and water.

 

Seasonings: Chicken & Bonito stock, soy, oyster, and fish sauce.

Something cool for hot afternoon.

Today's lunch: Chunky Cold Noodle, with various toppings.

Ingredients: Yellow noodle, steamed chicken, (pre-cooked) carrot, onion, fresh cucumber, egg(for omelet), shredded shallot.

 

Seasonings: Soy & oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar, grated garlic(for sauce, in the container).

Grated ginger(for chicken).

Chicken stock(for omelet),

Today's lunch: Creamy Chicken Vegetable Stew on rice.

Today's lunch: Chicken Pepper Steak and Vegetable Stir-fry on rice.

Warm rice, chicken fillet, bean sprouts, carrot, onion, and lettuce.

 

Seasonings:

For steak: Pepper and salt.

For stir-fry: Chicken stock, pepper, soy & oyster sauce, grated garlic.

that looks disgusting ....      and for breakfast ... yuk  !       I'd give that to the dog,  but he'd sniff it and walk.

Hello, how are you today?

Name of your food caught my attention.

 

I knew its meaning in slang.

But didn't know it  as the name of the eats.

Then I checked that word out with google

Discovered it is one of the Welsh  food; meatballs made of pork(shoulder meat and guts).

Pork Pepper Steak and Pumpkin Onion Salad Bowl(rice underneath).

Steak: Lean pork(as the first photo).

Salad: (Pre-cooked) onion and pumpkin. And fresh cherry tomatoes.

 

Seasonings:

Steak: Salt and pepper.

Salad: Mayonnaise, ketchup, oyster sauce.

What I cooked for today's late breakfast: Chicken Vegetable Stir-fry and Plain Omelet with rice.

Ingredients: Other than warm rice.

Stir-fry: Chicken thigh, bean sprouts, carrot, onion, garlic shoots, and water.

 

Omelet: One beaten egg and milk(small amount).

 

Seasonings:

Stir-fry: Chicken stock, pepper, soy & oyster sauce, fish sauce, grated ginger.

 

Omelet: Chicken stock(mixed with the beaten egg), ketchup.

Bean sprouts: Rich in Vitamin C, dietary fiber, and folic acid.

 Vitamin : Strengthens  immune systems, maintains skin and blood vessels, antioxidant.

Folic acid: Essential for red blood cell production.

Feel like I did a Philly happy hour pub crawl for dinner.   1st bar, having buffet of sandwiches.  A nice Ham & Cheddar on Rye (no photo).  Next pub, a very nice pulled Pork, before & after the pulling 😎

Today's lunch: Chicken Pepper Steak and Pumpkin Salad on Curry Pilaf.

Curry Pilaf is one of the Dry Curries(no soup).

Ingredients:

Steak: Chicken fillet.

Salad: (Pre-cooked) pumpkin, fresh cucumber, cherry tomato, and roasted sesame.

Piflaf:  Rice, carrot, onion, and garlic shoot(shredded).

 

Seasonings:

Steak: Salt & pepper.

Salad: Mayonnaise, ketchup, oyster & soy sauce.

Pilaf: Chicken stock, curry powder, pepper, oyster sauce.

 

Pumpkin is rich in: Dietary fiber, Vitamin A, C, and E. And has an effect to boost immunity and lower blood pressure.

 

Tomato is rich in Vitamin C and potassium. Has strong effect of antioxidant and prevents Life Style Sickness.

 

Curry powder has a strong effect of antioxidant, anti-inflammation, improving cognitive function.
