Yeah, same here, which is counter intuitive. I expect the Thais get better paid in Hua Hin than the Burmese.
As for Thais won't work from hotchilli - BS from my experience living in Hua Hin and wider family clan in Ubon.
Migrants generally work harder in new countries, unless they're pandered with handouts and can't speak the language. In London 45 years ago, they'd employ Aussies cause they worked harder, at the same time Brits could easily get jobs in Australia 😅
If I may be so bold, the entire future of the war depends on which side wins in that city. If Russia fails there IMO it's stalemate till negotiations start, and if Russia wins the war is lost for the Ukrainians.
IMO no chance that Putin will be doing what western propaganda claims and carrying on till Russian tanks are on the Atlantic coast. IMO that has always been a nonsense.
Whatever happens, win or lose, the Russians will soon after clear out the Ukrainian remnants in the Kursk invasion. No way Putin can allow a permanent Ukrainian presence on Russian soil.
I have good BC/BS International insurance from the US. If I didn't then for sure I'd have health ins. purchased in Thailand.
I firmly believe that whatever new rules come about are in part driven by the desire to increase Agent assistance. It's ingrained in the Thai way of doing business. Doesn't matter if its immigration, the land office....whatever, money greases the squeaky wheel.
Exactly, CP some may say are a monopoly.. but they are a major direct employer, and sub-employ thousands of suppliers who rely on them to purchase produce/goods.
