Can anyone tell me what documents I need to present in order to renew my car and motorcycle licenses?

Certificate of residence (x2), Medical Cert., Passport/visa/extension + copy, online video training proof, old licenses.

Define polite clothing. All I ever wear is flipflops shorts and a t-shirt at government offices and no one has ever been bothered by it and certainly not differentiated by any means. Unless of course you’re talking about looking like a frizzed haired snot dripping drooled bearded greasy torn shirt guy.

They do like proper shirts for the photo.  I recall they had a stock of their own at the Pattaya DLT for people turning up inappropriately dressed.

At our local DLT it means a lot.

I helped a Foreign guy who failed 3 attempts to get his license.

I told him to shave and wear long pants and a collared shirt with sleeves and shoes.

Next attempt he passed.
