So, these refugees are coming to Thailand, and my tax will help take care of them. Fair enough.

Maybe you missed it but Chinese visitor numbers are down.

The blame is on Thailand and it's perceived lack of action against call centre recruitment of Chinese from Thailand.

So the 'victims' were volunterily recruited. Why not throw them in jail? Too much publicity?
