He should be jailed for availing of prostitutes.  Slap him a bail of $5000 minimum.

Doesn't sound like he got that far... so far all he did was bring her back to his room and took a shower!

It was reported they agreed on a price.   That's closing the deal.

A 56-year-old Turkish tourist had an unfortunate end to his Valentine’s Day celebrations after falling victim to theft in his hotel room in South Pattaya.

The man, identified only as Mr. I, reported the incident to Pol. Lt. Nares Phumsuk of Pattaya City Police Station in the early hours of 15 February. According to his statement, he had met a woman on Pattaya Beach earlier in the evening, who matched his preferences. After agreeing on a price for her companionship, he invited her back to his hotel room.

Upon arriving at the room, the tourist went to take a shower while the woman waited in the bedroom. However, when he emerged, she had vanished without a trace. Attempts to contact her by phone were unsuccessful, and upon checking his belongings, he discovered that 4,000 baht in cash from his wallet was missing and an additional 600 US dollars had been taken from the room.

Convinced that the woman had stolen the money, the distressed tourist immediately filed a police report.

Pol. Lt. Nares recorded the complaint and has ordered an investigation. Officers from the investigative unit have been assigned to track down the suspect and bring her to justice.
