Absolutely.  And about a hundred other basic things to make people safer on the roads, e.g. traffic law enforcement, maintenance standards, corruption and basic driver training so they can handle down hill stretches of road.

Not sure.  Deputy Interior Minister Songsak Thongsri was there, plus Bueng Kan Governor Jumpot Wanchatsiri.
