Today's lunch: Moo-ping(Thai BBQ pork) and salad with rice. Ingredients: Other than warm rice. Moo-ping: Lean pork, roasted sesame, and starch. Salad: Coleslaw fresh tomato, (pre-cooked) carrot, onion, Seasonings: Moo-ping: Pepper, grated garlic, soy, oyster, and fish sauce, sugar(soaked in the seasonings for 3 days). Salad: Soy and oyster sauce, vinegar, and pepper. -
