Resident certificate via agent Pattaya

Hi can anyone recommend an Pattaya agent to do a couple of resident certs for me please,i hear the queue is rather long at immigration so looking for the cheapest alternative.

Then scroll down to the map with all locations. There are plenty.

Maneerat Soi 13/2 is often mentioned.

Street back Soi 13 is Thai Visa Service.

 

Personally I would do it myself

just curious, what does Pattaya immigration charge for cor?
Phuket its 500 baht ( or wait a week)
Visa agents charge 1,500

Thanks for the replies another question if i do it myself i have a friend with mobility probs,can i get a cert for him while i'm there?

Chonburi will check your TM30 even with an agent so make sure it is up to date.

Yes, that is possible. 

POA most likely required.

I am on a non-imm o and got back from a holiday im australia the last 2yrs and went to immigration and was told as i was returning to my own condo was told tm30 it was not necessary to do again,go figure 555

That "no need to make TM30 after return to usual place of residence" came in June 2020.

In recent times is now required.

Some genius wanted to sync TM30 with online reporting.

not last week it wasn't i suppose it depends on the IO.

Very hit and miss at Jomitien.

Seems they go hot and cold on it.

For my COR at CW 3 times and never provided TM30.
