If You Could Only Do One

Featured Replies

Im guiding a friend on a Visa run. She will probably only have about 8 hours in Bangkok to sightsee, she has never been there before.

What would be the one tourist attraction you would take a westerner to see?

Well, I guess it would have to be the Grand Palace & Wat Po. Unless she's not into temples.

She could just hang around Siam & MBK & enjoy some Thai food.

Wat Arun plus National Museum. The Grand Palace is overrated.

I'm on the train right now

An all day ticket for the Chao Phraya tourist ferry, hop on - hop off. 150 THB.

Many notable attractions within a short walk from the various piers.
