My single entry 90 day Non Im O marriage visa will be expiring at the end of this month. I have a 90 minute drive to the immigration office to apply for a 60 day extension. Can anyone tell me exactly what all I need to bring with me to apply for/get the 60 day extension?

What is the reason you are not applying for the yearly extension based on marriage to a thai?

Do you need extra time for your funds to be seasoned and that's why you're going for the 60-day one-time visit Thai family extension?

Most offices require the same documentation that you would present for a year extension except you do not need the photos or or the bank documents.

TM 30

Lease

Landlord id, House book

Wife ID

Wife House book

Both marriage documents (Kor Ror 2 & 3)

Data page of you passport

Entry stamp

Print out of the PDF file that is the visa

TM 7 application w/passport photo

That is usually what is required at most offices but remember there are over 80 offices in the country and each one marches to the tune of their own drummer.

It would behoove you to have your Thai wife call the immigration office you deal with and ask them the exact requirements at that office for that extension.

Remember you do not want a 60-day extension based on marriage, they will tell you there is no such thing, because there isn't. You want the 60 day extension specifically for visit Thai family,
