Maybe EU would be better equipped if they kept capitalism in check with proper taxation 
and better self protection against foreign raids on companies as companes such as Nestle buy up local manufacturrs and put them under their profit umberella

to make a free market with a landmass and population to match USA's consumer world
& what did it do to those ally nations , well somebody sank the Euro lets blame China what would China acheive from that?

The Tiger Economies in SE ASia sank in the early 90's who manipulatd that market to make profit

Part of the reason American eEconomics dont work in Europe is that we have a social conscience and  that off course leads to free loaders both domestic and foreign
