Also, regarding the past presidential cycle with Trump and Harris, at least according to the following article, the most of the largest billionaire donors and the largest amounts given by them went to Trump and Republican causes... Bill Gates and Michael Bloomberg were large donors to Harris, but trailed far behind Musk:

The 10 biggest billionaire donors to Kamala Harris, Donald Trump, and others this election

November 5, 2024

...

"Musk has spent at least $118 million of his own cash on efforts to help Republicans this election cycle, while his America PAC has spent just shy of $150 million to support Trump, according to a Sunday filing. That PAC, which Musk founded earlier this year, has also dropped millions of dollars on Congressional races."

By comparison, Gates gave $50 million to Harris. And regarding Bloomberg, the article aptly notes:

"Billionaire Michael Bloomberg is one of the few donors who have given as much to support Democrats as other wealthy individuals have Republicans. [emphasis added]

Until recently, Bloomberg had donated just $47 million to efforts supporting Harris’ election bid. However, Democrats close to him recently convinced him to support Harris’ campaign with a $50 million donation to a nonprofit supporting her candidacy."

That's a cop out.

How do you know what the voter turnout was?

Did you check the previous  court election?

You do not want to accept that the support for Trump is starting to erode, and so you  offer a feeble  excuse for the poor election outcome of the Republican candidate, despite the  greater spending by Republcians.

And before you answer, you should look at the voter participation for this election and the last court election.

And before you even do that, you should reconsider dismissing people because of your own bias and assumptions. If you are such an expert, you would know that the official voter turnout is not yet available. I will help you out;

Wisconsin does not have a statewide system for reporting unofficial results on Election Night, and there is no central official website or feed where results are reported.  State law requires that counties post the unofficial election night numbers for each polling place.  The unofficial statewide and county results numbers that the public sees on Election Night and the days thereafter come from the news media, including the Associated Press, which collects them from the 72 county clerks’ websites.

The voter turnout for the 2024 federal election was 3.7 million people or 72.6% of the voting-age population

The voter turnout for the last court election in 2023 was 1.8 million people, representing about 39.34% of the state's voting-age population.

Do you see how this works?

I’d be an angry militant black butch lesbian too if I had gotten a bunch of ridiculous face tattoos that made me look like the crack baby love child of Tekashi 69 and lil Wayne, only to find out that I wasn’t able to capitalize on it beyond using my likeness to troll expats on AN.

But….like you, I too think it’s Bob.

Sometimes, I think most of these extreme leftists here on AN are actually MAGA astroturfers who are here to make the left look even worse than they are….if that’s even possible.

Facial tats, piercings and a bad attitude is not an example of a strong woman.  It shows a woman in need of help.

This is a strong black woman….

Trump Tells Inner Circle That Musk Will Leave Soon

President Donald Trump has told his inner circle, including members of his Cabinet, that Elon Musk will be stepping back in the coming weeks from his current role as governing partner, ubiquitous cheerleader and Washington hatchet man.

Musk’s looming exit comes as some Trump administration insiders and many outside allies have become frustrated with his unpredictability and increasingly view the billionaire as a political liability, a dynamic that was thrown into stark relief Tuesday when a conservative judge Musk vocally supported lost his bid for a Wisconsin Supreme Court seat by 10 points.

Wisconsin is a 50/50 state, interestingly, their Congressional delegation is six republicans and two democrats.

May was the step back month and it was no secret, but it is reported that Trump is listening to his party, advisers and cabinet and pushing Musk to go sooner.

Be honest: Musk has cost Trump goodwill and alienated many Republican voters.

And also, I genuinely believe that Trump is acting  in a fatherly role now and telling Musk to go manage his businesses before he loses it all. Whatever his faults are, Trump does take care of his loyalists.

Although I responded, CNN has provided an indepth response that explains what happened. It is a similar position to mine but expressed in more detail and with graphs and more data.

https://edition.cnn.com/2025/04/02/politics/voter-turnout-wisconsin-election-dg/index.html?iid=cnn_buildContentRecirc_end_recirc

Turnout in Wisconsin’s Supreme Court race was remarkable for an off-year election

-Turnout in the race was remarkable for an off-year election in which state supreme court judge was the highest ranking office on the ballot — an indication that Americans remain deeply engaged in the electoral process.

-There were 1.8 million votes cast in the state’s last supreme court race in 2023. More than 2.3 million people voted in Tuesday’s contest. Compared with that 2023 race, turnout is higher in every single county.

- While that turnout was still low compared to a presidential election (more than 3.4 million people voted in Wisconsin last year) it was much closer to the roughly 2.7 million people who voted for governor in the 2018 and 2022 midterms.

The midterm elections were sufficient to elect a majority Republican legislature (and a Democrat Governor last election). This is the key  characteristic that  destroys your argument.

See how  elections work?

Fake News

So the complaints from Republicans are fake? The refusal of some cabinet secretaries to so-operate is fake? Ok.  Let's see how it plays out. Musk is toast and he will be moved to the side before May.
