From the NY Post link above:

The majority of the high court ruled that the plaintiffs, nine non-profit organizations who had sued to reinstate the employees, lacked standing to sue.

"The District Court’s injunction was based solely on the allegations of the nine non-profit-organization plaintiffs in this case. But under established law, those allegations are presently insufficient to support the organizations’ standing," the court said in an order.

Someone in the District should complain to the Bar Association about lawyers who file meritless law suits.

Hmmmm........Let´s see about that. now he have manipulated the market to his and best friend Elon´s advantage. I think there are many billionaries that are starting to move away from him soon, as it will not be good for their business to be associated with criminals.

You can't deny he's done a better job on the southern border than the previous shower.

You'd be surprised just how many are coming over that border right now, most unseen.

There has never been or never will be numbers that are accurate, as they come in daily and most get by unseen, until some are caught at jobs or relatives houses, or committing crimes, as some have done. Trump, Biden, Obama, et al, have done little to stop them coming in. Biden wanted some to be with their relatives or from asylum, which is understandable, but the main illegal entries are those that pay coyotes to get them into the US for work. Work paid for by Americans, either in factories, farms or homes. No one knows how many come in and they never will, as there are thousands of miles of border with few agents watching. Few come in at the border crossings that are looking for work. Most are caught on ranches in south Texas <Arizona or New Mexico by border patrol, regular police and ranchers and are turned over to the proper authorities for deportation. Many never get caught. Americans are hiring these workers, and that's the main problem. Getting a work permit takes time that many aren't willing to wait.

How many cameras do you think are there in almost 2000 miles of border? And there aren't any cameras underground. 500 cameras with a third not working.

One of many, one camera every 4 miles and a third not working isn't near enough to see what goes on along the border, as the coyotes know as much about the border as we do.............https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/mexico-border-surveillance-immigration-trump-b2629629.html

OK well on this issue, Ill trust the govt figures. You of course will differ.

I would have thought satellite coverage would be the way to watch the border.

Do you actually think the government is reliable in giving out information that isn't biased?

Well based on what I am seeing, they value transparency. In light of the non screeching over the immigration issue, my goal is to get them out, because they arent coming in in the volumes I care about.

I don't think any government is reliable, unless it's to corruptly make money for themselves and their families.

Nothing much we can do but rely on the border patrol to keep those out that don't belong.
