It was satire. And likely true. He did not commit suicide, just like Epstein did not, and Kenneth Lay did not die of a heart attack. So many lies, and the public just buys it, without any questions.

My personal experience is that people who are always smiling often have something to hide (personal insecurity, traumatic past, etc.).

It is normal to smile occasionally, when one has a reason to do so.
