I need some help.

I have subscribed for the football, and on my phone and tablet, I have 4 icons at the bottom of the screen, Home, Sport, Upcoming, and Live TV.  Tapping on Sport  gives me a page showing links to future matches and links to "Full Matches.  They all work well, and I have seen some of the matches played already.

However, using the app on my TV only shows, on the left side, Home, Movies, Series, Upcoming, Live TV, Search, Favorite, and Settings.

Selecting Settings and Profile, shows the correct info for my account, and the fact that I have subscribed to the football package.

So, can anyone suggest where I'm going wrong ?

Forget my post above.

I suddenly thought of checking the version of the app.  On the phone 8.3.3, on the TV 5.8.8.  I updated the app on the TV and all is OK now, sorry for not thinking of it before I posted.

I am the last person to be giving IT advice ...

BUT .... I am curious, are you logged out of Mono Max app on your phone and tablet ?

I believe only 1 can be logged on at a time.

I read my subscription allows me to view on the AIS app that is on my TV. I was getting exactly the same as you.

My subscription was shown but it wont allow me to access the football.

So are you using the MONO MAX app on the TV or the AIS app ?

I could not get Mono Max onto my TV but it works perfect on my android box and tablet. I dont want to risk messing things up by using an APK loader.

Well not work great on one box but great on the box I got from True for my former subscription with them.

Yes, I am using two ways to view and you can only be logged in to one at a time. I thought it would have been a case of you can't actually watch on two devices etc, but if you are logged into say two devices and watching one it will automatically log you out of the one you are not using, which is a bit annoying.

Overall, it seems to be looking alright, but my complaints/worries are that you won't be able to flick through games like you could with True, I don't see any offering of match highlights anywhere, yet, and I wonder how long it will take them to put up the full match replay option.

After my internet was out for a few hours,  my MONO MAX app on my android box is now not happy. I got no plan other than see if it restores eventually. FRUSTRATING.  Just keeps saying there is a fault. Try later. Other apps are ok.

I am trying to watch Birmingham v Ipswich repeat stream. I got a few Satang resting on the result.

(It works on my phone and tablet same time, I discovered).

I can cast to my TV.

The problem is the match commentary is only in Thai.   So not sure is it technical hitch or they not always have English.   I tried another match and English was available. Strange.

For everyines info really .. no big drama.

I have 3BB and AIS Play box with Monomax subscription

I’m currently watching EFL, Sou vs Wre, but it only has Thai commentary

I called 3BB to ask if EPL will have English commentary but they cannot confirm and are checking with Monomax

I watched the Southampton-Wrexham game with English commentary.  It started with Thai, but it was easy to change to English.

Did you watch it on the Play box? If so where did you find the option to change it to English?

On the circle thing on the middle of the remote (that one that has "OK" inside) just press it in any direction and a menu comes up on the bottom of the screen. Click "audio" then you can select your language.

PS: Please note that EPL coverage will not feature Son Heung-min. Please don't call Monomax or AIS to complain.

Charity Shield friendly game is buffering, this is probably the first time they have got a decent amount of viewers and it's a fail, so this doesn't bode well for next week. Clowns, but is anyone surprised? Not even a free site like Dooball buffers, so may as well just watch your football on there. Was A sad day when True lost the rights.

Very frustrating for you.

To be honest, mine is perfect.  Amazing colour and contrast. No buffering what so ever.

I am no expert but it cant be Mono Max.  I would be suspecting internet connection.

Run a speed test.  Mine is as below.

Are you in Thailand, because otherwise how can you have a latency of 13ms to a server at the other end of the world?

Watching it, no problems here. No buffering, nothing going off. Must be an issue at your end.

You not have speed test ? I think you may have said. Sorry if I misunderstand.

Google speed test and it will do a test.

I know very well how a speed test works, and that it is impossible to have a latency of 13ms from Thailand to server in Dublin .

Real life should be like 200ms

I use Brave web browser and surf to daddylivehd for my sports. Works pretty good, for now.

There is something a bit odd with that Google speed test.

Ookla seems to be the most reliable. Around 200ms latency to Dublin as you'd expect.

But still Ookla doesn't give you a real result, since it tests over a multi-thread connection, similar to a download manager or torrent client.

You will notice that your speed increases during the test, which is because they add more threads

With a video stream you get only 1 connection, so the only reliable sped test is testmy.net
